We need new strategies, patterns and attitudes to face the challenges of our time. Thats why we support teams with our workshops in developing their innovative strength and courageously moving into a new work culture. By recognizing the potential of each member, the group as a whole grows beyond itself.

The future viability of organizations is sustained in the long term if each member is included with his or her competences. For this, we create a vision supported by all members and develop participatory strategies and implementation measures.

» Activation of the potentials of team members
» Increasing intrinsic motivation
» Increasing recognition and self-responsibility
» Reducing complexity and increasing efficiency
» Strengthening decision-making and innovation competence
» Strengthening adaptability to change and speed of implementation
» Increasing flexibility and resilience

Based on neuroscientific findings on the learning capacity of organizations, we have developed a 5-phase program for our workshops:

Module 1 - Mindfulness & Teambuilding
How do humans work and how do we build motivated teams?
Which working culture supports personal growth?
Module 2 - Values-Based Vision
Which values are important and expected by the various project stakeholders?
How to create a project vision that excites each team member to give 100% commitment?
Module 3 - Participatory Strategy Development
How to build agile project structures?
What is a learning implementation plan?
Module 4 - Effective Working Environment
Which digital tools can be used to support effective project implementation?
How can effectiveness and life balance be integrated into the workplace?
Module 5 - Integration
How can you learn from mistakes and successes as quickly as possible?
What needs to happen so that challenges are seen as growth opportunities?

Thomas Kniesel, COO AMK Automotive GmbH & Co. KG
"In Mr. Hernandez’ workshop “Co-Creative Innovation” the instructor provided very professional and impressive tools for a new or different form of project development. The team was able to connect on a human level, not on a classic work-group-level, thanks to the environment of trust. I experienced exercises resembling real-life cases that gave me a better understanding of people and processes.”

Jan Ulmer, CEO Education Visionaires GmbH
"In the workshop with Mr. Hernandez I understood dependencies in my company, which I haven't seen before. In this way, I was able to integrate potentials of my team, and create a culture of connectivity, which leads us to new paths of innovation that contribute to the sustainable growth of my company. "

The workshop targets teams with:
» the need to solve a specific problem.
» a need for innovation.

The duration of the workshop depends on the individual needs of the group. A ten-day program is ideally suited to implement all five modules in a sustainable way. However, it can be adapted to the needs of the customer.

The price depends on the group size and duration of the program.

Our Team works with a strong network of partners. Through their collaboration, they have applied and developed Dagon Dreaming in successful business models.

Angel Hernandez - Co-Founder & Senior Trainer

Learning organisational models are Angel's passion. Originally trained as an engineer he has thoroughly studied and courageously experimented with methods to develop individual and collective potential for more than 10 years.
His experience reaches from organisational development to the practice of mindfulness of indigenous tribes. The essence of his work as Dragon Dreaming Trainer Trainer is in the approach of the DDI, where he combines ancient knowledge with modern approach and tools.
A question that drives him: What kind of structures do we need to support personal growth?

His experience reaches from organisational development to the practice of mindfulness of indigenous tribes. The essence of his findings culminate in the approach of Co-Creative Innovation, which he has implemented with numerous projects around the world. In his eyes the only way to recognise each and everybody’s potential is to really reach and touch people. Only then we can shape the future in a truly innovative way.
